You must learn to actually create energy from challenging times. This is one of the lesser known critical success factors that is a normal way of doing business for the highly successful.

A sound personal development plan always includes a home library and lots of reading to help solve the problems of life, job career, business and personal growth. Learn to be disciplined in following your personal development plan and you will assuredly reap big benefits.

A good plan for self-development and self-growth are critical success factors that you will see over and over again with high achievers. While many of the poor and middle-class are watching TV or hanging out at the local bar each night, the highly successful are reading business books and listening to personal development cd's.
