If you have the tendency to be abusive for instance when you are angry, chances are people don’t like to be around you that much. You can loose friends and families over the matter of unrestrained anger.

Anger can be destructive in its uncontrolled form anywhere. Your anger may explode at home, work or in a public place. Anger can divest you of logic, reason and dignity.
