You may be one of those who chose to communicate anger by keeping mute and sending nonverbal signals in the form of furious looks and tight ups. Some people opt to show that they are angry by initiating a yelling racket. Whatever mode you have adopted for expressing yourself when you are angry, make sure that it is healthy.

Letting out your steam in such a way that it hurts people is bad. Bottling up your emotions is a bad way of showing that you are angry. The right way to show anger is to speak when you are calm and be mature about it.
