Is it really possible to make money in UK through Property Investment even during recession?

Some people are concerned about the possibility that the housing market in the UK is headed for a crash similar to what has happened in Spain and the USA. While there are some commonalities between these housing markets and our own, the prices here are not going to approach the levels seen in those countries.

How can we be so confident about this? Because the demand for housing far exceeds the supply.

Government projections are that only 100,000 new homes will be built in the UK this year; this is only a quarter as many as are needed before 2009! So until housing construction in the UK can match the large and growing demand for housing, the market is totally safe.

The truth behind hype: why the market is in no danger of a crash.

Some in the media may tell you that the UK is on a course towards Spanish and American style housing crashes, but in truth nothing of the sort is occurring:

1. Spain’s is housing market is struggling because they are still building more housing than there is demand for. While for property investors this is a great scenario, it isn’t so healthy for resellers.

The UK has exactly the opposite problem.

183,000 new homes were built in the UK in 2005. This may sound like a lot of new construction, but is far short of the amount of new homes needed to impact the market to the extent that prices would drop. This would require the construction of 245,000 new homes annually, a goal we are falling far short of at the present.

2. Between 2000 and 2006, the UK’s population rose by 1.7 million, which meant that around 800,000 new homes would be needed. Even though over 1 million homes were built in this timeframe, it was still not enough to account for the demand created by second home ownership.

3. When consumers are looking to buy a new home, they don’t compare their salary against the purchase price of the home, they compare it against the size of their mortgage payments.

While you will hear the argument that the proportion of mortgage payments to household income has grown from 15% in 2001 to 19.6% in 2005, these numbers are still far short of the 34% seen in the housing crash of 1989.

4. As economic growth continues, it is only natural that certain areas have kept pace with demand while others can simply not grow fast enough.

Take full advantage of the market abroad: start building a successful portfolio today.

When you think about the housing crashes in the US and Spain there is another perspective to look at it from – opportunity for property investments.

By investing in Spanish properties, you could bring in an income of more than 500 pounds a month!

It’s a buyer’s market and it’s wide open to UK investors.

You could buy properties for 40% under the asking price! With the right planning, you could buy quite a lot of property in Spain for a very low investment.

With the right property investment course and property investment mentor anyone can decent money in UK. Moreover, smart investers says that recession is the right time to invest on UK properties.

During the past two years or so, we’ve worked with well over 850 customers, and we’ve noticed one common thread, which is: dog owners don’t comprehend just how fast-acting and aggressive the Canine Parvo virus is.

One night, you might go to bed, knowing that your dog is happy and healthy, and by morning, when you get up, that same dog is incredibly sick and maybe even near death’s door - and, yes, the title of this article is not just a play on a popular expression, because Parvo has an unmistakable smell, as the diarrhea, which can often be one of the first symptoms you’ll see with the latest 2c strain of this virus, is foul and unlike anything else you may have come across before.

We had one customer, in the Pacific Northwest, whose dog first showed symptoms of Parvo on a Sunday morning, and by later that afternoon, it was already dead.

Even when this virus doesn’t claim your dog’s life quite so quickly, too many people sit around for days on end, watching their dog suffer, and doing nothing about it, because they suffer from the mistaken belief that they have time.

But nothing could be further from the truth!

If you know dogs at all, then you know that 99.9% or more of them love their food, so if your dog stopped eating, for as little as one day, wouldn’t you be concerned that something could be seriously wrong?

Even if one of our dogs throws up, if they’re healthy (and ours are), then they are eager to eat again just minutes later, so a dog that’s off his food for several hours (which is in many cases the first sign you’ll see that your dog has Parvo, assuming that you’re observant, of course) should be a massive, red warning sign.

Unfortunately, there is such a lot of bad advice around about Parvo that a lot of dog owners are understandably but ill-advisedly complacent.

People think they’re safe because:

  • Their dog is vaccinated and up-to-date on all of its shots. And now for the reality: Parvo vaccinations are not effective against the 2c strain (which is why we are seeing more and more customers with fully-vaccinated adult dogs still getting Parvo and, if they’re not treated, dying), and can even give your dog full-blown Parvo symptoms (particularly if your dog was vaccinated after he was infected, which is about the worst possible thing you can ever do).
  • Their dog is no longer a puppy, and only puppies get Parvo. Oops, wrong again! It is true that Parvo still infects puppies more than adults, but we have also observed, after dealing with over 850 cases of Parvo, that an increasing number of adult dogs are getting this virus too. We’re sort of tired of saying this, but it bears repeating until people get it: vaccinations do not work like they used to - the latest 2c strain of Parvo is just too strong and most vaccines on the market today are only effective against the older 2a and 2b strains (and that’s not to mention the long-term health problems with all vaccinations, which most vets keep quiet about).
  • They try to do the right thing by having their dog tested for Parvo at the vet’s, but do nothing because the test comes back negative. Reality check time again: the 2c strain of Parvo often generates a false-negative result, and this particularly applies to the stool sample-based tests that most vets conduct in their clinics nowadays. This means that although you are told your dog does not have Parvo, he actually does, and that leads to more days of inaction while your dog is getting sicker and sicker.
  • They never take their dog outside, which means it won’t get infected by the Parvo virus. Sorry to burst this balloon as well, but one of the most common reasons that indoor dogs get Parvo is because they get it from their owners / breeders! Yes, you can walk this virus into your house without even knowing it (or transmit it via your hands or clothes). That’s why we always recommend that people (including visitors) change their shoes whenever they go indoors.

So, given that there is a ton of bad advice and uninformed hearsay to be found, mainly on the Internet, of course, where can you go to get up-to-date and reliable information that you can use, knowing that, rather than harming your dog and making matters worse, it will actually increase his chances of surviving this most devastating of viruses?

This actually highlights another major issue to do with Parvo: many dog owners have never heard of Parvo (until their vet tells them that’s why their dog is sick), which means they don’t know what to look out for. Even more amazing, to us, is that we come across many breeders who know nothing about this virus either. For people in the doggie business, this is basic knowledge that you simply should have!

Well, you’ll be glad to know that we have written a free, 100+ page ebook all about Parvo, called Parvo Treatment 101, that you can download to your computer in minutes.

This is an excellent place to start, as it contains practically everything you need to know about this virus, including the symptoms to look out for, treatment options, and much more.

If your dog is already sick, however, and by that, we mean that a vet has confirmed that your dog does have Parvo, or he shows one or more of the standard Parvo symptoms, or even if you believe or know that he was exposed to the virus within the last two or three days, then you should delay reading this book, because you need to administer Parvo treatment at once, because there’s one thing you don’t have with this virus, and that is time. You can always read our free book later, once your dog is stabilized, or better.

Well, we hope you have found this article useful - it may even save your precious dog’s life - but we have a load more Parvo treatment information available for you, over and above what’s in our free book.

We’d like to close by encouraging all dog owners to at least be educated about just how devastating this virus can be, and about the various treatment options (because contrary to popular opinion, you don’t need to take your dog to the vet’s and part with anywhere from $500 USD to over $10,000 USD, for a success rate that offers no better odds than tossing a coin, because inexpensive, safe, effective home Parvo remedies are available), so please, if you know anybody with a dog, then do forward this article, and/or our free book, on to them - you just never know when they might might need it, and there’s no better feeling than knowing that you’ve helped to save somebody’s beloved pet from an excruciatingly painful death from probably the most devastating doggie virus there is.

Colon Cleanse 3

Recently I discovered the idea of cleansing the colon and started searching for a site that has good information about how to colon cleanse and maybe some product information. Fortunately, I came across a great site that has both; a lot of articles on cleaning the colon and even has product information.

Something that caught my attention is that they have complete product information on different colon cleanser alternatives. I never thought it was more involved than just making a laxative, which by the way is not advocated. There is more to colon cleaning than just going to john more frequently. That and possibly end up hooked on laxatives in the long term.

The products listed on the site look like they are really good quality. The one that really caught my attention is dual action cleanse. It is nice to have the choices whittled down to a few reputable manufacturers. It feels like there are thousands of them out there.

So in my quest to learn about colon cleansing and colon cleansers I learned quite a bit and avoided making a poor choice in how to go about the whole procedure. The first being the laxative thing I already brought up. Another is to be on the look out for products that are really just laxatives in disguise. The last thing I need is to think I’m are doing something good and really just growing a laxative habit.

I see all the product makers hype weight loss as a side effect of a cleaning the colon. That’s not my first concern but it is a welcome side effect. Who wouldn’t appreciate a little extra weight loss in America today? If I can get fitter and lose a little weight at the same time, I’m all for it.

Do speak to a medical professional before you dive into anything. Be smart, your health is too important to mess around with.

With all of the different workout plans that are available, it becomes nigh on imposssible to choose which one will be the best one to follow when trying to get your abs into a ripped 6 pack. I mean, given all of this info, some of it conflicting with each other leaving you scratching your head with which is the best way to workout your abs.

When you start working to these muscles, what you have to do, is remember that all routines will work for you to a certain degree whatever you choose to be going for high reps and light weights or heavy weights and low reps, using a stability ball, whatever, the thing is it will work until your body gets used to it, then you need to go at it differently to challenge the body and keep the improvement going.

Ideally when working out your abs, you should start off with your own body weight on a stable platform, and look to increase the intensity of it until you are using heavy weights on an unstable platform. Following this procedure will allow you to progress with some good results, because what happens when ending out on an unstable base, this forces all of your core muscles to work, especially the really deep ones that do not get called in to play much when you are using a stable basewill cause even the deepest of your core muscles, which generally do not get called in to play much, to work.

If you are unclear as to what I mean by doing floor work with a stable base, then this is simply doing your crunches on the floor.

Weighted movements are a definate requirement if you want to get that proper 6 pack, I mean you can always achieve a flat belly that looks slim with no abs showing, but that is not the result we are after here. That is why we need to add the weight into the mix, as we are going after the ab muscle itself and the only true way to develop this muscle is by using a machine to do weighte crunches, or getting on a ball and doing the crunches holding a weight. Also, when performing the rep, it is important that the exercise involved forces your upper abs to crunch onto your lower abs. The reason for this is to maximize the burn and get the full development of the ab muscle.

Although there are ab workouts out there for the lower abs and the upper abs, really you should just think about working them both out at the same time whenever you train your abs. The thinking behind this is that you cannot completely seperate upper and lower, so it makes sense to concentrate on them as one. Of course, if you feel that you do want to try and exercise them seperately, then exercises such as leg raises will do the trick. Also, just as before, if you want to you can progress leg raises from stable, to weighted to unstable to unstable and weighted

Just like the other muscle groups in your body, you need to know how often to train your abs, the main thing is to ensure that you have fully recovered from the last time you trained them. As a rule of thumb train them as often as you can as long as they are recovered. If you are finding you are not making any gains, then you need to start resting more as you may be overtraining.

The final word on this is that although you can do these exercises, abs are often hidden under fat, so to get the best results you need to watch your calorie intake and also ensure you have cardio work in your routine as well to help burn off fat.

Also do not forget to consult with your physician before undertaking any exercise regime
